Sending an enquiry, price-list request or trade application through this website does not place an order and does not involve any payment.

Samples are provided to help you assess colour, texture and material before specification. If you have a question about a sample request, please contact us.

Orders are arranged directly with our team following an enquiry or quotation. The return and cancellation terms that apply depend on the type of order and product, and will be confirmed as part of the order process.

Bespoke, personalised or made-to-order work — such as custom digital print, selected laser work or project-specific development — is produced to your requirements. Cancellation and return rights for such goods can differ from those for standard products, and will be confirmed with you before work begins. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

If anything you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally before installation, with your order details and photographs where helpful. We will work with you to resolve it.
