Terms of Return

• Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
• If eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

State of Return

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Reason for Return

• We only accept returns for the following reasons:
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The wrong product was received.
  • A manufacturing defect is present.

Process for Return

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Will.hart@jmlnaturals.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• You will need to provide:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage
• Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Process of Refund

• Refunds will only be issued if the return is approved and the item is received in an acceptable condition.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and issued via the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
